- Role: Business Analyst – Project Lead || W2-CONTRACT ROLE
- Location: Fully Onsite – Columbia, SC
- Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension)
- Eligibility: Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone and be willing to relocate to SC prior to start (at own expense)
- Analyze and improve HR and financial business processes within SAP (SCEIS ECC)
- Conduct system analysis, validation, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and implementation support
- Create user documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Develop reports, dashboards (Excel, Power BI), and support audits/compliance reviews
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams for workflow optimization
- Support system upgrades and ensure compliance with IT security standards (NIST, FISMA, etc.)
- Manage project documentation, schedules, stakeholder meetings, and status reporting
- Contribute to SDLC activities and operational transition
- 5+ years of business/system process analysis and improvement
- 5+ years of SAP Success Factors or equivalent HRIS systems experience
- 3+ years of State HR/Payroll processes & compliance (HIPAA, FLSA, etc.)
- 5+ years of technical documentation and SOP development
- 3+ years of reporting/dashboard creation (SAP, Power BI)
- 5+ years of MS Office & collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Visio)
