The goal of the modernization program will be incremental and modular in nature with a focus on configurable and scalable integrations, which allow for more flexibility and reduce time and cost necessary to respond to federal and state enhancements.
Responsibilities- Describe the product in terms of capabilities
- Solve capabilities into incremental deliverables (epics/features and stories)
- Create and prioritize the product backlog
- Document epics and stories with clear descriptions, including acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with development teams to refine and size stories
- Participate in team ceremonies and provide continuous product guidance to team members
- Sign off on stories that have met acceptance criteria
- Serve as liaison between the MES Core team and external stakeholders
- Assist production support team with troubleshooting and resolution of incidents
