This position manages all information technology resources that support Transportation and Parking Services (TPS ) and ensures the reliability, security, and effectiveness of the department's electronic data and systems. The role oversees the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of all internal systems, both on-site and remote, and leads efforts to integrate new technologies that enhance departmental operations.
Minimum and Additional Requirements- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in organizing work and setting priorities, balancing the interests of staff and readily readjusting priorities to respond to customer needs and expectations.
- Demonstrated strong ethical, professional and service-oriented leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a positive and solutions-based manner.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of system management experience, specifically with at least 1 year of parking and transportation management systems.
- Experience with T2 Systems or similar is highly preferred.
