A typical day for the Business Analyst begins with participating in the daily Scrum stand‑up, where they provide updates on progress and help remove any blockers related to requirements or user stories. Throughout the day, they work closely with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog, write and update user stories, and ensure acceptance criteria are clear and testable.
They collaborate with developers and testers to clarify requirements for the secure, web‑based Java application, often reviewing API documentation, data models, and UI wireframes. While they are not coding, they are deeply involved in supporting the development process by analyzing how new features integrate with existing Java‑based components and ensuring that security and compliance requirements are addressed.
