Business Analyst Consultant Opportunity in Columbia, SC

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to make a significant impact in the judicial system? Join our dynamic team in Columbia, South Carolina, where you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining state-of-the-art systems that support the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS) and the Child Support Enforcement System (CSES).

We are seeking two Business Analyst Consultants for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. This hybrid role requires two days onsite per week, offering a balance of remote and in-office work. As a key player in our team, you will lead system testing, troubleshoot complex defects, and conduct end-user training across South Carolina.

• 5 years of experience in preparing, documenting, and executing test criteria, test cases, test scripts, and test plans for IT systems projects.
• 2 years of experience using, configuring, and maintaining the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS).
• 2 years of experience with Component Testing, Integration Testing, Security Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, and Acceptance Testing.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present and teach concepts effectively.
• Organizational skills and the ability to travel for training within the state.

• Experience documenting existing and proposed business processes.
• Previous judicial experience or experience in state government.
• Experience testing Judicial or Case Management System Development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
