SQL DB2 Oracle 19c Administrator (Contract, 12‑month term)

Location:

Blythewood, SC (100% on‑site, Monday–Friday). Candidates must be South Carolina residents or willing to relocate.

• Assess current ERWIN models and produce assessment reports.
• Create and update logical and physical data models for Oracle and SQL Server in ERWIN (.erwin files).
• Develop data dictionaries, documentation, and perform reverse and forward engineering.
• Maintain version‑controlled repositories of all data models.
• Identify data integrity, consistency issues, and duplicate data; provide reporting and recommendations.
• Produce weekly progress reports and a final summary report at closeout.
• Provide ad‑hoc production support for Oracle and SQL Server (security updates, version updates, ticket resolution); may require after‑hours work.
• Collaborate with database engineers, application architects, developers, business analysts, and server support to translate business requirements.
• Support data governance and compliance initiatives through effective modeling practices.
• Work within a team of six database engineers and administrators.

• Strong experience with ERWIN Data Modeler.
• Proficiency in Oracle (DB2/Oracle
  19c) and SQL Server.
• Experience in data modelling, data dictionary creation, and documentation.
• Knowledge of database design principles: scalability, integrity, performance.
• Familiarity with version control for data models.
• Ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

Compensation: DOE. Contract duration: 12months with possibility of extension.
