Repost of Posting 10366. Updates were made to the Angular requirement to specifically state the Prime

NG is required, RESTful API requirement was simplified, SQL Server experience is now open to all SQL experience not only SQL 2022 or later, system testing requirement clarified to confirm that manual and automated experience is required. Candidates that were previously submitted to Posting 10366 may be submitted if they were not interviewed.
