• Provide management reporting of key metrics for defect management and overall application quality; communicate end‑user support issues to State FCCMS leadership.
• Work closely with 3rd‑party software vendors to communicate observed end‑user issues and defects.
• Provide data analysis and root‑cause analysis as needed.
• Reproduce defects and demonstrate them to development as required.
• Lead incident review meetings as needed.
• Organize defect release management with COTS vendors and State teams.
• Perform regression tests.
• Prepare test data, including interface data files, for executing test scripts.
• Execute test scripts.
• Record and verify test results.
• Analyze and report test results.
• Review test‑related work products, including system test reports, training materials, computer‑based training courses, and other deliverables.
• Work with end users and business analysts to properly define requirements for given requests.
• Assist in the analysis input and review of functional design with functional managers, end users, and business analysts.
• Provide backup capabilities for application configuration of FCCMS.
• Review requirements, component designs, and use cases; maintain test script traceability to each as applicable.
• Lead development of test scenarios/test cases and test scripts for newly delivered enhancement functionality in collaboration with States SME and business analysts.
• Assist technical leads with development of custom reports.
• Develop material and present end‑user workshops.
• Follow up on end‑user questions with functional and technical experts in a timely manner.
• Lead and coordinate all testing activities to ensure smooth transfer and turnover from SC DSS to SCJB.
• Coordinate angular migration testing schedule and transition activities.
• Perform knowledge transition and transfer to SCJB resources.

• 5+ years of experience using and configuring the Family Court Case Management (FCCMS).
• 5+ years of experience with component testing, integration testing, performance testing, regression testing, and/or acceptance testing.
• 5+ years of experience summarizing testing results and reporting defects.
• 5+ years of experience developing custom reports.

• Experience providing end‑user instruction.
• Experience using SQL.
• Experience in requirements gathering, software analysis, and design.
• Previous experience in state government.
• Previous experience with system maintenance and operations.
