Responsibilities

Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP–Vertex
Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP–Vertex integration
Troubleshoot tax determination issues across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance modules
Analyze logs, RFC connectivity, and API calls between SAP and Vertex
Ensure timely resolution as per SLA and document RCA

Salary Range

$120,000-$150,000 a year
