Description: School Technology Assistant.

• Have 60 college credit hours (transcripts required, unofficial accepted) OR have completed two years (60 semester hours) of college coursework from an accredited institution, or have passed a state‑approved examination of content knowledge and pedagogy.
• Transcripts will need to be submitted in person or uploaded during application process.

• Add printers for staff / Basic printer troubleshooting.
• Promethean board calibration, connectivity, pens and answer questions.
• Desktops and monitors: check cables and connectivity.
• Laptops: staff and students resolve basic issues such as ensuring wireless is connected, applications are working, and assist with basic use of device.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Chromebook repair.
• Enter repair tickets and order parts in Lenovo Service Portal.
• Inventory: responsible for keeping inventory correct.
• Help tickets: responsible for working tickets, closing them, and assigning hours to the tickets.
• Other duties as requested by school administrator.
• Other duties as requested by Director of Technology.
• Must pass Lenovo Certificate Course.
• Ability to work with others.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass screening for tuberculosis before starting work.

9 months – 192 days.

Paraprofessional salary scale.

Non-exempt.
