Senior Technology Analyst Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of multiple hardware and/or software technologies, products, and/or processes including standards of use, life cycles, and product evaluation and integration.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth pool of technical advice and expertise to provide information and guidance of the infrastructure assigned.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced staff.

  Extensive knowledge of a variety of information technology products and solutions. Excellent research, customer service, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Good judgment. Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the IT organization. Ability to lead and mentor less experienced staff.
• Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office. Software and tools will vary based on the technologies supported.
• Work Environment: Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.

• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other job related field OR 4 years of job related work experience OR 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree.
• 7 Years specific knowledge of the technologies, products, and/or processes to be supported. 3 Years directly supporting those technologies, products, and/or processes. (may be concurrent).

- 4:30 p.m.

End User Platform Services. The team owns and evolves local and remote end user services, including Citrix, VDI, VPN, Intune, network printing, and physical workstations. Engineers will shape platform strategy and long-term technical vision, translating business capabilities into scalable standards and roadmap initiatives.

• Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktop (On Prem & Cloud) – Xen App/Xen Desktop, Net Scaler, Store Front, Windows Server, Active Directory, HA, performance tuning, and security.
• Secure Remote Access / Zero Trust – Zscaler (or equivalent), VPN technologies, and migration from legacy remote access models.
• VDI & Endpoint Platforms – Windows workstation platforms, VDI integration, and cross-platform dependency awareness.
• Enterprise Networking & Security Integration – Firewalls, certificates, TLS, access controls, traffic routing, and security tooling as they impact endpoints and remote access.

• Citrix Platform (Cloud & On Prem)
• Modernizing legacy Citrix environments (LTSR upgrades, Store Front optimization, infrastructure reduction)
• Secure Remote Access / Zero Trust (Zscaler, VPN)
• Designing and testing modern remote access patterns to replace or augment VPN/Citrix.
• Endpoint & Virtual Workspace Technologies integration.
• Integrating remote access solutions with workstation OS standards and VDI platforms.

• Entry-level or mid-level analyst; role requires senior, independent execution.
• Help desk, desktop support, or break/fix–focused profile.
• Application support or software development focused role.
• Candidates without experience interfacing with leadership or executives.
• Candidate uncomfortable producing documentation, diagrams, or executive-level write-ups.
