Your Contribution- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and lead root cause analysis. Ensure all infrastructure and deployments meet HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure (currently in CGM hosted datacenter, potentially looking to move to Azure/AWS type environment in future). Manage configuration, secrets, and environment pipelining across dev, staging, and production environments.
- Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processes.
- Manage/execute maintenance window tasks, for example partnering with IT team to coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of system patches.
- Minimum 3 years of Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Subversion, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Power Shell.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus preferred.
- Experience supporting SOC 2 or HITRUST audit processes a plus.
