Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communications, and resource management.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT staff, vendors, business stakeholders, and agency partners.
- Facilitate project meetings, requirements workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Support procurement activities, vendor oversight, and project governance processes.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, security standards, and project management frameworks.
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process redesign initiatives.
- Define current-state and future-state business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into solution designs.
- Support solution evaluations, including build-versus-buy analyses.
- Develop process diagrams, data flows, and supporting project documentation.
- Develop communication and change management plans.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree (must be complete and verifiable).
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience leading moderate to highly complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Strong schedule management, project planning, and resource allocation skills.
- Experience identifying, mapping, and re-engineering business processes.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable project management certification.
