- Lead and manage enterprise-scale IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with SCDMV's strategic objectives
- Oversee database administration for critical DMV systems, ensuring security, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate across departments to define requirements, allocate resources, and resolve technical challenges
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with all security and data governance protocols
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record as an enterprise project manager within large organizations
- Extensive experience in executive-level IT project leadership
- Advanced expertise in database administration (design, implementation, optimization) - Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and data integrity best practices
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Must pass 7-year background, credit, and driving record checks, SCDMV fingerprinting, and E-Verify Preferred Skills
- Experience in government or public sector IT environments
- Familiarity with DMV operations and regulations
