IT Consultant, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

As a Service Now Consulting Senior Manager you will play a leading role in mission‑critical projects, providing clients with competitive edge through technology transformation. This client‑facing position requires strong leadership to motivate teams and maintain client relationships, while building consulting, technical, and leadership skills.
Your key responsibilities- Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
- Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
- Drive and support sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams, including developing proposals, estimates, and participating in presentations.
- Lead and develop strategies for Service Now‑enabled transformations, working with senior client executives on business cases, roadmaps, plans, and solution architectures.
- Act as an engagement manager across all phases of a Service Now IT/OM Asset Management project.
- Manage 2‑3 engagements and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
- Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
- Make data‑based decisions and resolve conflicts with strong business acumen.
- Provide guidance and industry practice expertise for Service Now IT/OM Asset Management implementations.
- Analyze a company’s IT/OM Asset Management capabilities, recommend best practice, and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
- Advise on CMDB/ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes.
- Experience with Service Now AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Control Tower). Apply across ITAM, HAM, SAM, OT asset management, and CMDB workflows.
- Familiarity with Armis or similar OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms for discovery, risk, and workflow integration.
- Shape AI‑enabled asset management roadmaps improving visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk, resilience, and value.
- Lead client process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
- Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models – including planning, reporting, budgets, and risk logs.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred. - 5‑7 years relevant Service Now implementation experience.
- 5‑7 years of Big 4 or comparable consulting experience at Senior Manager or Director level.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of two of the following Service Now certifications:
Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations. - Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
- Presentable presentations and roadmaps for all management levels.
- Experience with contextual, conceptual, and logical models aligning business and technical capabilities.
- Leadership experience supervising teams.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs (up to 60%).
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Implementation Specialist – Discovery or Vulnerability Response.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience with Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- Experience with Armis or other OT asset tracking platforms (e.g., Nozomi).
