Desktop Support & Data Analyst Intern

Requirements

• We require at least 1 year of desktop support experience.
• We prefer candidates who can commute to York, PA 17406.
• We require the ability to relocate to York, PA 17406 before starting work.

• We provide desktop support and help troubleshoot IT issues across PCs and mobile devices.
• We triage incoming technical problems and work to resolve them quickly so operations stay on track.
• We document processes and keep records organized to support continuous improvement.
• We assist with ERP and SQL database reporting to help stakeholders make data-informed decisions.
• We support IT service delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

We are offering a full-time IT Support internship in an in-person manufacturing environment where your work has a direct impact on daily operations. We provide hands-on exposure to desktop support, issue resolution, process documentation, and data reporting, giving you practical experience that can help launch your IT career. You will join a collaborative, close-knit team that values teamwork, continuous learning, and a supportive atmosphere.
