Our client, Amzur Technologies, Inc., is seeking the following.
Project Management Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and resource coordination
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive updates
- Manage cross-functional teams including internal IT, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners
- Facilitate work sessions to validate scope, requirements, and deliverables; maintain alignment with sponsors and stakeholders
- Identify risks and issues; recommend and implement mitigation strategies
- Support procurement processes as needed (RFPs, SOWs, vendor oversight) consistent with state and administrative procurement standards
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, security requirements, records management standards, and project governance frameworks
- Lead structured requirements elicitation including interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process modeling, and data analysis
- Document clear, testable requirements: business, functional, non-functional, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and data flows; quantify KPIs and business value
- Translate requirements into solution designs in collaboration with architecture, security, data, and infrastructure teams
- Evaluate build-vs-buy options and support creation of diagrams, models, and integration patterns when required
- Develop change management and communication plans
- Coordinate UAT, cutover activities, readiness planning, and post-launch support
- Support adoption using metrics, user feedback, and continuous improvement loops
Deliverables may include but are not limited to:
- Project Charter
- Requirements Documents / User Stories
- Process Diagrams & Data Flows
- Project Schedule & Work Breakdown Structure
- RAID logs & Decision Logs
- Status Reports & Dashboards
- Communication Plans
- Procurement-related documentation (as applicable)
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience with moderate to high complexity
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives
- Simultaneously manage multiple work efforts
- Strong schedule management and resource planning skills
- Ability to identify, map, and re-engineer business processes
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification preferred
