Senior Sharepoint Developer

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and support modern Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on SharePoint Online
, Power Platform
, and enterprise workflow automation.

This position will work closely with business stakeholders to transform operational requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions that improve collaboration, automate business processes, and support long-term platform sustainability. The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and business leaders.

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions and modern intranet sites
• Create and manage SharePoint sites, permissions, content structures, and document management solutions
• Implement site templates, metadata strategies, content types, and governance standards
• Design scalable hub-and-spoke site architectures and modern collaboration experiences

• Build and support business applications using Power Apps
• Develop automated workflows and process improvements using Power Automate
• Evaluate and recommend the appropriate use of SharePoint, Power Platform, and custom development solutions
• Replace manual business processes with efficient automated solutions

• Develop custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions
• Build reusable web parts and components using React and Type Script
• Manage deployment, packaging, versioning, and ongoing maintenance of custom solutions
• Follow development best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable code

• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services
• Develop solutions utilizing REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
• Connect SharePoint with external systems and business applications
• Support data flow and information sharing across multiple platforms

• Implement SharePoint governance standards and best practices
• Design secure permission models following least-privilege principles
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft 365 security and access control standards
• Support site lifecycle management, ownership planning, and documentation

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that encourage adoption
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, Operations, and business stakeholders
• Communicate technical concepts and solution trade-offs to non-technical audiences

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Platform & Architecture
• 5+ years of Governance Alignment
• 5+ years of development experience with React or Type Script
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• 5+ years of experience with integration and API's (Rest API's, Microsoft Graph)
• 5+ years of experience in business processes - translating business requirements into workflows
• 5+ years of experience in security and compliance
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI (SharePoint UX)

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration tools
• Experience creating reusable, maintainable solutions rather than one-off customizations
• Proven ability to balance technical requirements with business needs
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

A hands-on SharePoint professional who can successfully bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This individual should be comfortable working across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, custom development, governance, and stakeholder engagement while delivering scalable, supportable solutions that drive business value.
