Job Summary

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the team can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high‑quality solutions. You will be responsible for removing impediments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives), and working closely with product owners, stakeholders and development teams to ensure work progresses on schedule, within budget and to the desired level of quality.

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand‑up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, ensuring the team follows the Scrum framework and agile principles.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high‑quality products/solutions on time.
Required Skills
  • 3+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • 3+ Years of experience with Azure Dev Ops.
  • 3+ Years of experience conducting leading Scrum ceremonies.
  • 3+ Years of experience with DB querying and programming.
  • 3+ Years of experience with agile project management tools.
  • 3+ Years of experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall).
  • Bachelor’s degree (complete and verifiable).
Preferred Skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Government experience.
  • ERP experience.
  • Additional certification in agile methodologies.
Additional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
