Revolution Technologies is hiring an IT Client Support Analyst for our leading healthcare technology client!

Join a collaborative and fast-paced team supporting critical enterprise systems and customer communications. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who excels at stakeholder communication, incident coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while serving as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams.

Key Skills and Experience Required
  • Ability to work partially onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
  • Experience supporting client relationships, IT service delivery, or customer-facing technical operations
  • Strong experience with Service Now and Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of communication between customers and internal IT teams during system incidents and outages.
  • Coordinate and distribute outage notifications, ensuring customers and stakeholders receive timely and accurate status updates.
  • Facilitate meetings between business customers and internal Information Systems teams to address requests, incidents, and operational needs.
  • Coordinate change activities and communicate planned remediations and production changes to Information Systems and Operations teams.
  • Support project initiatives, change requests, ad hoc customer requests, and operational activities as needed.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of incidents, requests, and communications within Service Now.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize multiple competing tasks while adapting quickly to changing business priorities and production issues.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the support lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT-related experience
    , including experience supporting client relationships, IT service delivery, process improvement, or product improvement initiatives.
  • Experience using Service Now in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    , including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Splunk for monitoring or troubleshooting.
  • General knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts
    .
  • Experience supporting enterprise production environments or mission-critical applications.
  • Experience coordinating incident management, change management, or service delivery activities.
