Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Senior Consultant specialized in the development of statistical models for financial risk management in the Risk Consulting area. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, actively participating in the validation and creation of statistical models for financial sector companies, thus contributing to strategic decision-making based on risk analysis. Main functions:

• Development of statistical financial risk models in the banking sector through programming and execution of Python in Big Data environments, especially in Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Processing of large databases, data cleaning, and analytics.
• Effective communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams to manage needs and expectations.

Minimum requirements:

• University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in development and management of data solutions, preferably in Big Data environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and Apache Spark for distributed processing.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in SQL for handling and analyzing large volumes of data.
• Fluent in MS Office.
• High level of English.
• Ability to work in teams, adapt to new methodologies and dynamic environments.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Desirable experience in developing statistical models.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and meet quality standards.
• Initiative, adaptability, and leadership.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Additional requirements valued positively:

• Experience with Docker.
• Previous experience in Big4 consulting firms or similar companies.
• Specific training in areas related to data, compliance, or financial sectors.
• Additional languages besides English.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and meet quality standards.
