Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid – 1 day onsite/week)
Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension)

Work Environment & Requirements

Hybrid role – candidate must work onsite at least 1 day per week
Must be a current resident of South Carolina (SC) or North Carolina (NC) No relocation allowed

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements for People Soft Financials and HR modules
Design, develop, test, and implement People Soft solutions
Develop and maintain SQR, Application Engine programs, and People Code
Support system enhancements, upgrades, and production issues
Create and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and BI Publisher
Develop and manage integrations using Component Interfaces
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities
Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and performance issues
Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience with People Soft Financials and HR (analysis, development, implementation, and testing)
10+ years of experience with Structured Query Reports (SQR)
10+ years of experience with People Soft Application Engine programming
10+ years of experience with People Tools (version 8.60+)
10+ years of experience with People Code development
10+ years of experience with Crystal Reports
10+ years of experience with COBOL programming
10+ years of experience with BI Publisher
10+ years of experience with Component Interfaces
