- Technical Support Specialist:
Support users with product setup, troubleshooting, and technical questions via phone, chat, and email.
- Sales Representative:
Engage with customers, identify business needs, present solutions, and drive revenue growth (B2B or B2C depending on project).
- Marketing Customer Support:
Assist clients using digital advertising or marketing platforms, helping them optimize campaigns and understand tools.
- European Portuguese or Brazilian Portuguese (C1–C2) - English (B2+)
Some projects are tailored specifically to accent and market familiarity.
