Job Overview
Pay Range: $43.75hr - $48.75hr
Requirement/Must Have- 3+ Years of Experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and LAN Administration.
- 3+ Years of Experience with Installing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting switches and wireless access points.
- 3+ Years of Experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.
- 3+ Years of Experience with Troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices.
- 3+ Years of Experience with creating, reading, and maintaining network documentation and diagrams.
- Coordinate daily/weekly assignments for the deployment, operational support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of the organization’s critical enterprise architecture.
- Work with Network, Security, and other IT professional groups and non-IT staff to assist with problem resolution, mitigation of issues, and to provide technical solutions.
- Ensure assignments are completed accurately and on-time, and regularly provide progress, tasks, and deliverables status updates to the assigned project manager.
- Support enterprise network and identity initiatives including SD-WAN deployment, PKI lifecycle management, and secure authentication services.
- Monitor, identify, and remediate issues with enterprise network and identity services.
- Support network connectivity and authentication services on Windows-based systems.
- Support connectivity and secure access on mobile devices.
- Manage the network and identity infrastructure lifecycle at all stages.
- Create and maintain network documentation.
- Assist with deployment, configuration, and support of SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication solutions.
- Perform enterprise network deployments, installations, and upgrades.
- Perform firmware/software/security/feature upgrades across network and identity platforms.
- Monitor trouble ticket system and complete assigned network, authentication, and connectivity tickets.
- Serve as the primary support resource for network and access-related technical issues.
- Assist staff/contractors in resolving network, authentication, and connectivity-related problems.
- Coordinate and assist with testing and validation of network and identity solutions.
- Adhere to security and IT policies and standards.
- Work closely with key stakeholder groups to ensure appropriate engagement and focus is maintained.
- Assist various IT groups with other tasks as assigned.
- Create, maintain, and review/improve upon network and identity documentation.
- Provide updates to Project Team.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Any current/previously held network or related certification by an industry leader such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
- Cisco Networking Academy or similar bootcamp/training.
- Ability to perform on-site physical network work, including lifting 40 lbs and working on ladders.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide to remote sites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Associates Degree in a relevant field of work or high school diploma with equivalent work experience.
