- Hybrid) About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a greenfield platform initiative Unity. This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution of Program Increments (PIs) facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving alignment across cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong execution discipline, stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of Agile best practices to guide teams through complex dependencies and tight timelines.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and PI Planning.
Lead and support PI planning and execution ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business priorities.
Maintain backlog hygiene with clearly defined user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritization.
Track sprint progress and delivery metrics; proactively manage risks, dependencies and impediments.
Manage and optimize JIRA boards, workflows and reporting for transparency and efficiency.
Ensure traceability across epics, features and user stories.
Coordinate across engineering, product and system teams to manage cross team dependencies.
Communicate status, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment under tight timelines.
Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
Remove blockers and enable teams to deliver effectively.
Support release planning and ensure production readiness.
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Proven experience in PI planning and execution; SAFe or similar frameworks preferred.
Strong hands on experience with JIRA boards, workflows, reporting and backlog management.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.
Experience working in high pressure environments with aggressive timelines.
Strong communication, facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
Basic understanding of APIs, microservices and modern engineering practices.
Experience working with distributed teams, US and offshore.

Salary TransparencyThe base salary range for the tagged location is $80,420 to $106,050 per year.
