Job SummaryThe Department of Computer Science & Engineering seeks to fill a position of Post-Doctoral Fellow to assist Professor Valafar, Associate Chair of Research and Associate Infrastructure Director, in completing objectives of the Bioinformatics Core within the INBRE Project. Responsibilities include analyzing genomic data, developing analysis pipelines, maintaining genomic data, and designing and delivering short courses focused on bioinformatics topics.

- Conduct bioinformatics research and development.
- Develop and deliver bioinformatics curricula and workshops.
- Conduct independent research and display professional growth.
- Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
