Program Manager – nCino​/PMO

We are seeking a Program Manager with strong nCino
and
PMO
experience to lead large-scale banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of
banking operations
,
nCino implementation
, and
system integrations
across loan origination and core banking systems.

• Oversee end-to-end
  nCino implementation and integration programs
  within banking environments.
• Manage project governance, scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Establish PMO standards, drive risk management , and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate program status and deliverables effectively to senior stakeholders.

• 8+ years of Program/ Project Management experience in
  Banking or Financial Services
  .
• Hands-on functional experience with
  nCino
  platform.
• Proven track record of
  system implementation and integration projects .
• Strong PMO, stakeholder management , and communication skills.
