Responsibilities

  • Support deployed equipment at customer locations and provide operational support.
  • Train junior engineers on deployment support and operational tasks.
  • Work closely to identify and analyze core applications for system support.
  • Provide computer hardware support, maintain computer systems, and monitor performance.
  • Document support procedures and operational workarounds clearly.
  • Develop additional functionality to support current customers' business needs.
  • Proactively identify risks in application support processes and suggest optimizations.
  • Provide close administrative support to efficiently manage day-to-day coordination.
  • Upload, format, and edit content delivered to customers as a content support associate.
  • Provide application level 2/3 support for Prime Services systems and related applications.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements/changes to existing processes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports and document technical knowledge for reference.
Requirements
  • Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in support operations or relevant field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in networking, firewalls, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and internal organization structures.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and accountable for tasks and deliverables.
  • Good understanding of documentation processes and support procedures.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
