Create the future of e-health together with us by becoming a Dev Ops Engineer At Compu Group Medical we have the mission of building ground-breaking solutions for digital healthcare. Your Contribution:

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery

Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and lead root cause analysis. Ensure all infrastructure and deployments meet HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards

Manage and optimize infrastructure (currently in CGM hosted datacenter, potentially looking to move to Azure/AWS type environment in future). Manage configuration, secrets, and environment pipelining across dev, staging, and production environments

Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processes

Manage/execute maintenance window tasks, for example partnering with IT team to coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of system patches

Your

Qualification:

Minimum 3 years of Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Subversion, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops Proficiency  with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Power Shell Experience  with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus preferred

Experience supporting SOC 2 or HITRUST audit processes a plus
