What we are looking for?

At BABEL we are looking for a new team member as Senior Cybersecurity Technical Coordinator, responsible for leading and coordinating the technical activity within the Protect area, ensuring the correct execution of cybersecurity services aimed at the prevention and protection of the client's assets. Its main function will be to act as a liaison between the technical teams, service managers, and clients, ensuring alignment between the security strategy, operational processes, and business objectives.

Coordinate and supervise the technical activities of the Protect area, ensuring quality, efficiency, and coherence in the provision of managed services.

What will you do at Babel?

• Act as a point of reference for operational teams, facilitating communication and resolution of incidents or needs between levels.
• Collaborate closely with other cybersecurity areas (Detect, Respond, Recover, Identify) to ensure a comprehensive view of protection.
• Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and best practices within the area.
• Participate in the planning and prioritization of projects, ensuring correct resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
• Meetings with clients or key stakeholders when necessary.
• Contribute to the professional development of the team, promoting collaboration, continuous training, and knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improvement in services within its scope.

Requirements:

• English level B2 or higher.
• Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Cybersecurity certifications, mainly CISM, CISSP, will be valued.
• Additionally, experience in integrating cybersecurity solutions in large clients and experience collaborating with business areas to provide value in commercial proposals is required.
