Job Summary
The Sr. HR Technology Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing HR technology solutions to support organizational objectives. This role ensures data integrity, delivers actionable reporting, and provides technical expertise to enable efficient HR processes and user adoption.
HR System Configuration & Optimization
• Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems and modules to align functionality with business needs.
• Configure and maintain workflows, security settings, and system features to support HR processes.
• Implement and validate system changes through structured testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and design decisions.
Data Management & Reporting
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR data across systems.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Support data integrations and interfaces between HR systems and other platforms.
Technical Support & User Enablement
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues related to configuration, security, or integrations.
• Provide guidance and training to HR and business users on system functionality.
• Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to coordinate technical solutions.
Standard Company Responsibilities
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include specific projects.
• Participate in continuous learning activities to sustain knowledge of the industry, management practices, and bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6 years of technical or related work experience in HR systems
