Job Location

• We are looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a greenfield platform initiative Unity. This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution of Program Increments (PIs) by facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving alignment across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong execution discipline, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of Agile best practices to guide teams through complex dependencies and tight timelines.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Lead and support PI planning and execution, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business priorities.
• Maintain backlog hygiene with clearly defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
• Track sprint progress and delivery metrics; proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Manage and optimize JIRA boards, workflows, and reporting for transparency and efficiency.
• Ensure traceability across epics, features, and user stories.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and system teams to manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment under tight timelines.
• Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
• Remove blockers and enable teams to deliver effectively.
• Support release planning and ensure production readiness.

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in PI planning and execution with SAFe or similar frameworks.
• Strong hands‑on experience with JIRA boards, workflows, reporting, and backlog management.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.
• Experience working in high‑pressure environments with aggressive timelines.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience working with distributed teams (US offshore).
