Location: Columbia
Avantor is seeking an Associate Counsel to join the Technology and Indirect Sourcing legal team in the United States. The role focuses on cloud technology, SaaS transactions, licensing, and IT vendor agreements, working closely with IT, Privacy, Sourcing and Sales teams to enable technology use.
You will independently draft and review a variety of agreements, develop playbooks for consistent legal review, and provide timely strategic legal advice while aligning with business strategies.
