Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Management Analyst to act as the primary liaison between business clients and the Information Systems team, ensuring customer needs are understood and projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities- Manage internal and external client relationships.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Coordinate with IT, project management, and quality teams.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget accuracy.
- Support clients with production issues and high-level estimates.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of IT-related experience.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Health insurance, TRICARE, or medical terminology knowledge is a plus.
