Job Summary

A Quality Process Analyst is needed for a leading manufacturing organization outside of Greenville, SC. The Quality Process Analyst will improve operational workflows by translating business needs into practical digital tools, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions. Partnering across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, this role identifies process gaps to optimize how operational information is captured, analyzed, and managed. Ultimately, the position drives digital transformation initiatives that improve data visibility and user adoption across the organization.

The Quality Process Analyst will improve operational workflows by translating business needs into practical digital tools, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions. Partnering across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, this role identifies process gaps to optimize how operational information is captured, analyzed, and managed. Ultimately, the position drives digital transformation initiatives that improve data visibility and user adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Operations Management, alongside a minimum of 4 years of business process analysis experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform-specifically Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate-to successfully convert manual or spreadsheet-driven workflows into automated solutions. Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, combined with cross-functional communication skills, is highly preferred.

• Partner with cross functional teams Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations to map current and future state workflows, identify operational gaps, and transition manual, paper based processes into standardized, automated digital solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain user friendly applications, automated workflows, and comprehensive dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) alongside SharePoint and Advanced Excel.
• Analyze quality and operational data to establish KPIs, scorecards, and automated management reports, providing actionable visual insights that support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and data driven decision making.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, translating complex user requirements into technical specifications, executing user testing, and conducting training to drive the adoption of new digital tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or Operations and minimum 4 years of experience in business process analysis or digital transformation, ideally within a manufacturing, quality, or supply chain environment
