Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer to join our Global Escalation Team. You will be the SME for Akamai's Zero Trust portfolio, handling escalations for enterprise security and access products, and coordinating with R&D and PM to push fixes.
You will support security products, ensure performance and security for users of the Zero Trust platform, and participate in an on-call rotation. A strong background in networks, security, and cloud tech is required.
