- Ensure the team follows Scrum framework, Agile principles, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Monitor Agile KPIs and team performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
- Support teams in removing impediments and improving delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful sprint execution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily Stand-up Meetings
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Ensure the team follows Scrum framework, Agile principles, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Monitor Agile KPIs and team performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
- Support teams in removing impediments and improving delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful sprint execution.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- 3+ years of experience using Azure Dev Ops.
- 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies.
- 3+ years of experience with database querying and programming.
- 3+ years of experience using Agile project management tools.
- 3+ years of experience managing hybrid projects (Agile + Waterfall).
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree (completed and verifiable; field of study is open).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Experience working with government agencies or public sector projects.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or ERP-based projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team facilitation skills.
- Bachelor's degree (completed and verifiable).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Other Agile methodology certifications are a plus.
