Technical Writer, RFP Specialist – Contract

• Develop and write RFPs for multiple complex projects
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Document project scope, technical requirements, staffing needs, deliverables, timelines, and evaluation criteria
• Ensure RFPs comply with procurement standards and organizational requirements
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• 4-5 years of experience in IT services
• 2+ years of technical writing experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Strong documentation and organization skills
• Ability to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Bachelor's degree
