Network Administrator

We are seeking a Network Administrator for a 6-month contract position in Columbia, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with enterprise network technologies and a demonstrated ability to support complex network infrastructure in a production environment.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security-related issues
• Install, configure, and support network infrastructure equipment, including racking, stacking, cabling, and testing
• Support network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, operational records, and technical procedures

• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise network technologies, including switching, routing, wireless networking, and TCP/IP protocols
• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices
• Experience with one or more of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet technologies
• 2+ years of experience diagnosing and resolving network connectivity, performance, and security-related issues
• 2+ years of experience supporting network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and security best practices
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure equipment, including racking, stacking, cabling, and testing
• Working knowledge of OSPF, BGP, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and high-availability architectures
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience maintaining network documentation, diagrams, operational records, and technical procedures
