The South Carolina Judicial Branch is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist III to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user technology problems for SCJB employees, including AV and courtroom tech support across the state.
Under supervision, responsibilities include remote support, imaging, account administration, and collaboration with Networking for TEC/DCR systems. Travel to various courtrooms is required; strong Office 365 and AV knowledge is essential.
