CGI is seeking an experienced AWS Dev Ops Engineer to support cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline initiatives within a large financial services environment.

This role will focus on AWS infrastructure, infrastructure automation, and the migration and modernization of application pipelines to Git Lab
.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Git Lab, and Jenkins and be comfortable working within a large enterprise environment with established Dev Ops processes and controls.

Key responsibilities include supporting AWS infrastructure, maintaining and improving automated deployment pipelines, migrating existing pipelines to Git Lab, and partnering with application teams to improve deployment reliability and efficiency.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services

• Experience with
  Git Lab CI/CD
  , including migrating existing application pipelines to Git Lab

• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and AWS infrastructure automation

• Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines

• Working knowledge of Jenkins and enterprise build/deployment processes

• Experience with source control platforms such as Git Lab and Bitbucket

• Familiarity with Urban Code Deploy (UCD) or similar deployment automation tools

• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines

• Ability to work effectively with application, infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams in a large enterprise environment

• Financial services or other highly regulated enterprise experience is beneficial

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
