Position Overview:This role ensures infrastructure, identity, and endpoint platforms evolve in alignment with organizational growth while implementing secure, standardized, and well-documented systems that enhance end-user experience and long-term IT effectiveness. Additionally, this role will manage the modernization, resiliency, and scalability of the organization’s technological environment by driving initiatives that expand cloud adoption, strengthen disaster recovery capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:- Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Three to five years of experience in information technology or related areas.
- Experience maintaining and supporting Windows servers, Active Directory and associated services, VMware and/or Nutanix virtualization, and the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Shell.
- Ability to work under limited supervision, maintain an acceptable quality of work, and prioritize work appropriately.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, customer service, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Applicable certifications from Microsoft, (ISC)2, or SANS.
- Knowledge of project management concepts.
- Knowledge of application development languages, tools, and concepts.
May require on-call and/or after-hours work. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while performing tasks.
