McCall Farms is looking for an experienced Manager - ERP Transformation & Enterprise Applications to play a key role in our Oracle Fusion implementation and ongoing enterprise technology transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ERP or business systems professional who enjoys leading change, improving processes, solving complex business challenges, and working across departments. You will serve as a critical connection between business leaders, employees, IT, and external implementation partners to help ensure our systems and processes support the future of our growing organization.
What You’ll Do
- Help lead McCall Farms through the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation journey.
- Partner with leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehousing, Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Customer Service.
- Serve as the bridge between business teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Lead business process mapping, requirements gathering, process improvement, and future-state design.
- Coordinate testing, training, business readiness, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, strengthen data quality, and eliminate outdated practices.
- Help employees and departments successfully adopt new systems and ways of working.
- Develop process documentation, training materials, SOPs, and resources that build long-term internal knowledge.
- Support ongoing ERP and enterprise application enhancements, issue resolution, reporting, and system improvements.
- Help build sustainable internal expertise and reduce long-term reliance on outside consultants.
Qualifications/
Skills:
- 7-12 years of experience in ERP, enterprise applications, business systems, business analysis, process improvement, or related transformation roles.
- 5+ years of experience supporting major ERP implementations, system deployments, or large-scale business transformations.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM is strongly preferred.
- Experience with other major ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, JD Edwards, or similar systems will be considered.
- Strong understanding of business processes such as procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, planning, order management, maintenance, and finance.
- Experience working with system integrators, consultants, software vendors, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP testing, process mapping, requirements gathering, user adoption, training, and post-go-live support.
- Manufacturing, food manufacturing, CPG, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain experience is highly preferred.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, process documentation, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, SQL, master data, or enterprise data is a plus.
