PROJECT OVERVIEW :
The Client requires professional services to support the successful delivery of strategic and tactical IT initiatives. The candidate will provide a Project Manager with strong business analysis capabilities to lead and support complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from initiation through closure. The role will ensure clear requirements, well-defined scope, effective communication, and disciplined project execution.

• Deliver project outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget
• Provide expert-level project management to guide planning, scheduling, execution, risk mitigation, and reporting
• Provide business analysis expertise to define and document requirements, assess impacts, and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Improve project transparency through accurate documentation, dashboards, and communication to leadership and stakeholders
• The Contractor will report to the Director of IT or designated project executive
• Regular updates will be required through established reporting mechanisms and recurring meetings

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and resource coordination
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive updates
• Manage cross-functional teams including internal IT, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners
• Facilitate work sessions to validate scope, requirements, and deliverables; maintain alignment with sponsors and stakeholders
• Identify risks and issues; recommend and implement mitigation strategies
