- Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations, network administration, or infrastructure support environments
- Experience supporting enterprise network technologies in a 24x7 operational environment
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network incidents
- Experience performing network monitoring, operational maintenance, and infrastructure support activities
- 8+ years of experience working in enterprise infrastructure and network environments
- Experience with highly available, large-scale network environments
- Experience leading operational initiatives, major incident response, and infrastructure improvements
- Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and procedures
