Contract Length: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $35/hr - $40/hr
OverviewJoin a highly visible Network Operations Center (NOC) team responsible for supporting a large-scale enterprise network environment. This role focuses on network monitoring, incident response, operational support, infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of critical network services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily operational health checks and environment validation activities.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity across enterprise infrastructure.
- Respond to and resolve network incidents, outages, and service disruptions.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Manage break-fix activities and service requests.
- Implement operational changes following established change management processes.
- Support compliance and remediation initiatives.
- Manage network backup and recovery procedures.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, processes, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, and application support teams to ensure operational excellence and service availability.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR
- 4 years of relevant work experience; OR
- 2 years of relevant experience plus an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations, network administration, infrastructure support, or related environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise network technologies in a 24x7 operational environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
- Experience performing network monitoring, operational maintenance, and infrastructure support activities.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and network environments.
- Experience supporting highly available, large-scale network environments.
- Experience leading major incident responses and operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.
