We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with residential real estate experience to join our Summerville office.
Qualifications- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admission to the South Carolina bar
- 5+ years of experience in residential real estate law
- Experience with residential real estate closings
- Title experience is highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions
- High ethical standards and professionalism
