A real estate attorney leading their own office within a larger firm is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the office's legal practice related to real estate transactions. This includes managing a team, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing strategic guidance to clients, engaging heavily in business development, resolving disputes, and staying abreast of industry developments. Additionally, they handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, staffing, and overall office management to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the real estate legal practice.

Business Development

Qualifications
Educational Background
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • At three years practicing real estate law
