The Practice

The firm handles a broad range of civil defense matters, including:

• General liability
• Premises liability
• Catastrophic injury
• Transportation/auto liability
• Commercial disputes
• Multi-jurisdictional litigation

You'll manage cases from inception through resolution, including:

• Depositions (plaintiffs, experts, corporate reps)
• Dispositive motion practice
• Discovery strategy
• Mediations and settlement negotiations
• Trial preparation

This is a hands-on litigation role - not just file monitoring.

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Defense background strongly preferred
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload
• Strong writing and deposition skills
• South Carolina Bar admission

Multi-state experience is a plus, but not required.
