Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located at Winslow Law, LLC in Columbia, South Carolina. The Attorney will handle a variety of legal tasks including providing legal advice, managing labor and employment law concerns, conducting legal research, engaging in negotiations, and representing clients in civil litigation matters. The role involves direct client interaction, case management, and collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional legal services.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Law and Civil Litigation
• Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law, and providing Legal Advice
• Exceptional skills in Research and drafting legal documents
• Proven ability to excel in client Negotiation and dispute resolution
• Strong analytical, time-management, and organizational skills
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
